Eric Chow is VP of Finance at Kodiak Robotics. Prior to joining Kodiak, Eric spent over a decade focused on developing and executing M&A strategy at Visa, HP and Microsoft. He began his career with Lazard’s Technology, Media and Telecom Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of California’s Berkeley Haas School of Business.

As CFO, Aglika is responsible for the financial strategy and management of Riskified’s finances and leads financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, investor relations, legal and administration. Prior to joining Riskified in 2014, she served as associate director at the NYC University Central Office of Budget and Financial Planning. Aglika volunteers as the Treasurer for the Tutoring Initiative, a nonprofit organization.

Clara Fain is the Chief Financial Officer at Via, a TransitTech software company transforming the way cities move in more than 35 countries globally. Prior to joining Via, Clara was a private equity investor at Goldman Sachs in New York where she invested across all stages and asset classes. She is an active investor and advisor to several technology start-ups and she serves as a founding and steering committee member of The F Suite, our community platform for CFOs of leading venture capital funds and high growth technology companies.

Clara holds a BS and MSc in Engineering from Ecole des Mines de Paris, a leading French engineering school, and lives in New York City with her husband and three kids.

Aron Susman is the Chief Financial Officer at Ro.

Founded in 2017, Ro is a patient-driven healthcare company that puts you in control of your health. Ro powers three digital health clinics -- Roman (men’s health), Rory (women’s health) and Zero (addiction treatment) -- providing a personalized end-to-end telehealth experience from diagnosis to delivery.

In his role reporting to the CEO, Aron oversees the entire finance organization including FP&A, accounting, and investor relations.

Aron joined Ro (formerly Roman) in early 2018. Previous to Ro, he was the co-founder and CFO of SquareFoot, a venture-backed commercial estate technology company, and also served as a senior finance leader at MM. LaFleur, a DTC women's workwear brand. Aron started my career in the Private Equity group at Deloitte.

Aron graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a master's degree in accounting. He holds a CPA license in TX and NY.

With 15+ years of experience, the bulk of that has principally been in SaaS with a focus on enterprise infrastructure and dev tools. Brian has led finance, accounting, and operations for Bandwidth.com, Ansible, Anchore, Code Climate, and now Tidelift. Growing early stage startups has become Brian's passion.

Brian brings a unique, cross-functional approach to finance and accounting, as he believes it's the role's responsibility to help others do more and make better decisions. Brian does that by leading with intellectual curiosity and empathy. He also feels it's his responsibility to mentor, educate, and learn from my peers in product development, engineering, and sales and marketing, so that they can collectively build a strong business and culture. Just as much as it is his responsibility to balance the books or build a financial model.

Success requires going the extra mile to help focus the analysis or decision-making process for the team. It can't be achieved by simply signing up for a bunch of tools, building a spreadsheet, or hiring a large team.

Brian looks forward to continuing building relationships with the rest of The F Suite Community--learning from shared experiences, growing together, and building a thriving community of operational finance leaders.
