Kiran started his career as an associate focused on M&A and venture financing transactions after which he joined SeedInvest, an equity crowdfunding startup, as employee #3 and senior executive. During his time at SeedInvest, the company was a market leader and among the first to complete 506(c), Reg A and equity crowdfunding transactions under the new JOBS Act regulations.

Its investor community grew to over 100,000 investors with 100+ completed financing transactions before being acquired by Circle. Following his time at SeedInvest (and prior to co-founding The F Suite), Kiran co-founded several other communities (including TechGC and DeputyGC).

Prior to co-founding The F Suite, Greg spent 7 years on the operational side of venture capital funds. Most recently, Greg was the COO at FirstMark Capital, an early-stage venture fund in New York. Before that, he was a senior executive at 500 Startups, a seed stage venture fund and startup accelerator based in San Francisco.

Greg is passionate about community building and executive leadership, having co-founded several professional community platforms prior to The F Suite (including TechGC and DeputyGC).

With ten years of experience in project management, program operations, and community building, Stephanie is passionate about connecting people to resources and building stronger communities. She began her career in nonprofit development, honing specialties in marketing, event planning, and corporate engagement before moving into the startup world.

Stephanie has managed IRL communities in Charlotte, NC, and global communities through her work at Techstars and, most recently, On Deck.

She's most energized when working on community architecture & operations and designing impactful experiences.

On the weekends, you might catch her thrifting furniture, staying up too late to watch the SF Giants, or hanging out at a local coffee shop. She joined The F Suite team in August 2022 as the Program Director.

Ameet Padte is Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate Development at fuboTV, the leading sports-first live TV streaming platform. His scope encompasses FP&A, content acquisition, business development, fundraising, investor relations, analytics, and broader corporate strategy and executive decision making.

An instrumental leader in the company’s trajectory from a startup to a publicly traded company on the NYSE, Ameet played a key role in fuboTV’s funding rounds and IPO.
