Teresa serves as CFO & Co-COO at Felicis. She joined the firm in 2019 and has over a decade of experience in the venture capital industry. Most recently, she served as Finance Manager at InterWest Partners, where she worked closely with the CFO on portfolio company valuations, financial reporting, and analyses. Prior to InterWest, she held multiple positions on the finance team at DCM Ventures. Before entering the venture capital industry, Teresa had roles in corporate finance at Johnson & Johnson and Gap, Inc.

Teresa received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences (emphasis in Molecular Biology) and Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Harold joined Polaris in 2017 and serves as Chief Financial Officer out of the San Francisco office. In this role, Harold oversees all aspects of accounting, reporting and compliance of the funds. Harold works closely with the firm’s general counsel and its finance and investment teams.


Harold brings over twenty years of venture capital experience, having served as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of VantagePoint Capital Partners. Previously, Harold was Vice President of Finance at Acacia Venture Partners, specializing in healthcare, and Assistant Controller at Lightspeed Venture Partners, a San Francisco firm formerly known as Weiss Peck & Greer.


Harold has been a board member of the Venture Capital Bean Counters Association (VCBC) as well as a board member of the Northern California chapter of the Financial Executive Alliance—Private Equity and Venture Capital.
Harold is a Certified Public Accountant and received his BSM degree in Management from Tulane University where he graduated magna cum laude.
