As CFO, Aglika is responsible for the financial strategy and management of Riskified’s finances and leads financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, investor relations, legal and administration. Prior to joining Riskified in 2014, she served as associate director at the NYC University Central Office of Budget and Financial Planning. Aglika volunteers as the Treasurer for the Tutoring Initiative, a nonprofit organization.

Donna is a finance executive and Chartered Financial Analyst who brings twenty years of experience to Instant Teams. Her career spans finance, strategy, and operational roles with a focus on cross-functional improvements, forecasting, risk management, and business development. Donna has worked across multiple industries, including media, education, technology, management consulting, and nonprofits.

Before joining Instant Teams, Donna served as the SVP of Finance at ExecOnline, where she built the Financial Planning & Analysis and Financial Operations departments from the ground up, creating standard budgeting, forecasting, and operational support protocols. She also oversaw software upgrades to streamline financial processes and procedures and led a cross-functional team to implement company-wide initiatives. As the Treasurer for the Breastfeeding Center of Greater Washington, Donna successfully navigated through pandemic shutdowns and financial uncertainty to ensure ongoing financial solvency.

Donna is eager to strengthen the ongoing mission of Instant Teams and is passionate about changing the trajectory of military and veteran spouses’ lives through rewarding remote work opportunities.
