Carla has a drive to understand the inner workings of businesses—and after nearly 20 years as a financial analyst covering technology stocks, she moved into the tech industry herself. Carla served in key financial roles for both Responsys and Mulesoft during their journeys to going public. Most recently she was VP Finance & Strategy for Salesforce. She also is on the advisory board of Gappify, a provider of SaaS solutions for corporate accountants. Carla earned an MBA at Northwestern University and an AB in Public and International Relations from Princeton University. An accomplished athlete, she completed six marathons and countless triathlons before her kids were born.

David is the CFO of the SMB focused FinTech Bluevine. David’s international career in financial services spans retail, commercial and investment banking. Prior to joining Bluevine in 2021, David served as the CFO for Silicon Valley Banks commercial line of business. In this role reporting to the Bank President, he led the teams proving the financial support to the leaders of the Technology, Life Science and Fund Banking units, in the US and Asia.

David is passionate about driving business performance and helping clients succeed. David also served as Silicon Valley Banks Head of Corporate FP&A reporting into the bank CFO. Prior to SVB, David was Executive Vice President and Consumer Bank CFO at Bank of the West. In these roles, Quinn was responsible for all the financial aspects of supporting the business.

He has also held senior leadership positions at Citibank, Morgan Stanley, and Lehman Brothers in the UK. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Dan Springer, CEO (Former), Docusign

Dan Springer serves as Board Director of UiPath and DocuSign, where he was CEO from 2017 through 2022 Springer has more than 25 years of executive leadership and experience in driving innovation and hyper growth across technology and, specifically, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) businesses.

Prior to DocuSign, Springer served as Chairman and CEO at Responsys for ten years where he transformed and scaled the business from private start up to the leading cross-channel marketing automation platform globally as a publicly traded company. During his tenure, Springer was honored as both a Bay Area Most Admired CEO and Best CEO.
